There are copious numbers of qualities that I should list out. She is an imaginative teacher who can do wonders in the English class. Her new ideas break the monotony and make learners lively and participate in the class. As Albert Einstein says, imagination is more important than knowledge. She can develop learners' creative self-expression and explore or create new things. She is also an innovative teacher who dares to go off the track to be on the track. Learners like creative teachers. Introducing changes and new ideas, daring to be different and unique, going off the track to be on the track, experimenting with new things, and being fresh are always within the scope of innovation. A teacher who promotes interaction in the English class does justice to their profession by empowering learners and helping them develop their communication skills. She is the one who can motivate learners and create opportunities for them to interact with one another through containment (communication through entertainment) activities such as roleplays, group discussions, mock interviews, etc.

I work as an English teacher in a state school in Vietnam. I want to share the positive experience I had had until I moved abroad to Vietnam. What I experienced was such a refreshing change of pace and truthfully brightened up my teaching career. I hope that others can experience something similar and feel just as uplifted. It was a hard but a good experience. Whenever we hit rock bottom, Ms.Koyuncuoglu helped us reach the light. I was working as a teacher, but after the training I have become a completely new person. I have learned far more effective methods to teach the English language by means of her mentorship. I have gained so much experience, which has shocked even my senior coworkers. I strongly recommend Ms.Koyuncuoğlu to anyone who wants to sharpen their teaching, management, presentation, and communication skills.

Despite being an Italian engineer and living in Istanbul, Turkey, I have dedicated most of my time to teaching mathematics and physics. Whether for work or everyday life, and due to the impossibility of learning the Turkish language, which is too complex for me, I have always used English as the only language of communication with my wife and colleagues. Having participated in several courses on different topics, I have always appreciated those in which the teacher on duty managed to keep the learners' interest high without boring them. Over time, having reached a more than reasonable level of knowledge of English and having started teaching it for work reasons, I decided to try to obtain a certificate that would provide me with the skills and the possibility of teaching the English language also in schools. After carefully analyzing the available online and in-person courses, I enrolled in the in-person program after receiving excellent references from acquaintances who had used the same facility for English courses. The program was a succession of positive surprises both for the way it was set up by our teacher Hande, who always tried to create a group and not a set of individual students’ intent on learning those teaching techniques, useful not only for teaching of the English language, but also in different fields. I cannot deny that it was hard to acquire these new concepts that are very far from the classic idea of teaching. However, I only have to say thanks to our trainer Hande if today I have the opportunity to apply these techniques in teaching my students who succeed to learn with little effort by filling myself with positive feedback.
